Jason Knecht

Jason Knecht is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition for Sales, Professional Services, and Pre-Sales roles across various regions including APAC, Canada, EMEA, and the US. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Talent Partner at Cribl since October 2021, Jason specializes in recruiting for the Professional Services and Pre-Sales divisions. Previous roles include Lead Recruiter for Sales Engineers at Splunk, Contract Recruiter at Rubrik, Inc., and Senior Recruiter at Cloudera. Over a career spanning more than two decades, Jason has consistently demonstrated expertise in full life cycle recruitment, having held significant positions at VMware and early career roles at Management Recruiters International and Software Recruiter. Jason holds a B.S. in Marketing and Finance from the University of Cincinnati.
