Jermaine Massey

Jermaine Massey, SPHR has extensive work experience in human resources, with a focus on HR leadership and business partnering. Jermaine is currently serving as the Director, Global People Business Partner at Cribl, where they are responsible for leading global HR initiatives for the Marketing and CX teams. Previously, they worked as a Freelance Human Resources Consultant at Fiverr and served in various HR leadership roles at Microsoft, including as a Sr. HR Leader (HRBP) for Xbox. Jermaine has also worked as an HR Leader at Amazon Web Services and Amazon. Prior to that, Jermaine spent several years at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in various senior HR leadership positions. Jermaine has also held various other HR roles at different companies throughout their career.

Jermaine Massey, SPHR has a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Morgan State University. Jermaine also holds two Master's degrees in Human Resources Management and HR Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus. In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained several certifications, including the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from HRCI. Jermaine has also completed certifications in HR as a Business Partner, Prosci Fundamentals of Change Management, Systems Thinking, and Diagnosing Workplace Conflict.
