Kayla Villanueva has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Sr. Director, Global People Business Partner at Vimeo since October 2020, after progressing through several HRBP roles within the company. Prior to Vimeo, Kayla worked at Fareportal from January 2012 to October 2020, where responsibilities included leading HR business support for over 3,500 employees across various business functions and managing a global team of HR professionals. Kayla's earlier experience includes key roles at Key-Systems GmbH, focused on onboarding, payroll management, and performance management. Kayla holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Relations from The City University of New York.
