As a 3x People leader at SaaS growth companies such as Amplitude and Looker, Lisa is passionate about scaling cultures where people can do their best work. Prior to joining tech, Lisa spent 4 years as a management consultant working with Fortune 500 companies on large-scale organizational change. She has lived as a yoga instructor in Costa Rica and owned a pie company in Vermont.
