Michael A. Peterson

Michael A. Peterson is the current Vice President of Corporate Development at Cricket Media. Prior to joining Cricket Media, they served as the Senior Vice President, Customer Operations at WealthEngine from July 2019 to August 2020. Michael was responsible for client success and professional services for the leading provider of wealth, demographic and lifestyle signals to industry-leading financial services, higher education, healthcare systems, advocacy, non-profits, and high-end retail and hospitality organizations.

From April 2015 to May 2019, Michael served as the Senior Vice President, Operations & Customer Success at Echo360, Inc. In this role, they were responsible for driving customer delight and educational outcomes as the central themes in delivery of lecture capture, active learning, and analytic services. This included service deployment, user training and best practices, technical support, and long-term customer satisfaction with a focus on the critical success factors of medical sub-specialties and educational institutions worldwide.

Michael A. Peterson's educational career began at the University of Virginia, where they earned a degree in wealth management. Michael then went on to earn a certification from WealthEngine in wealth management and fundraising. Finally, they earned a certification from Credly in member management.
