Justin Guillen

Justin Guillen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sourcing, property development, real estate sales, and promotional marketing. As the Head of Sourcing at Heartland Development Company Limited since March 2017, Justin specializes in the selection of construction finishes. In addition, Justin has been involved with Fully Promoted and EmbroidMe as a Cricketer and Managing Director, providing promotional items and branded apparel. With a long-standing career in cricket, Justin has represented the West Indies Cricket Board Inc. since 2008 and played for the Queen's Park Cricket Club from 1986 to 2023. Education includes attendance at Queen's Royal College and Maple Leaf International School.
