Allen Lee

Allen Lee is an experienced quality management professional with a strong background in supplier quality assurance and product lifecycle management. Currently serving as the Quality Manager at Cricut since August 2016, Allen oversees the Cricut China Quality Group, collaborating with global cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the product life cycle. Previous roles include Manufacturing Quality Manager at Pace and Global Supplier Quality Manager at Liteonmobile/Perlos, where Allen drove continuous improvement and supplier performance. Allen's extensive experience spans various companies, including Behringer and Elcoteq, where responsibilities included leading quality teams, managing supplier relationships, and conducting process audits. Allen holds an Associate degree in Electrical Automation from Hu Nan Chang De Normal College.
