Colter Leys

Colter Leys is an accomplished Senior Hardware PM and Engineering Manager at Cricut since October 2020, with extensive experience in product development and management across various industries. As a Principal at Catfish Consulting since June 2016, Colter aids clients in advancing product ideas from conception to production readiness. Previously, Colter served as Director of Product Development at Ergobaby, where significant contributions included leading the launch of the company's first stroller line and establishing standards for manufacturing. In prior roles, Colter directed product development at Orbit Baby and collaborated on innovative designs at Tesla and IDEO. Colter holds a Master's degree in Product Design from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Dartmouth College.
