Aleksandra Czarnecka

Aleksandra Czarnecka is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in advising on M&A transactions and corporate restructuring. Currently serving as a Senior Associate / Managing Associate at CRIDO since September 2021, Aleksandra specializes in deal structuring, due diligence, and project management. Previous roles include attorney at law at Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, where legal opinions on loan agreements were provided, and as an Associate at Domanski Zakrzewski Palinka, focusing on national and international M&A advice. Early career experiences include positions at GESSEL Attorneys at Law and the Allerhand Institute, where involvement in legal research and international project coordination was prominent. Aleksandra holds a Master's degree in Law from Jagiellonian University and has completed legal advisor apprenticeship.
