Mitesh Surana has diverse work experience in various organizations. CA Mitesh has worked as the Head of Internal Audit at CRIF India since 2023. Prior to that, they held positions at VFS Global, Aegis Customer Support Services Private Limited, Aegis Limited, Serco BPO Private Limited, BDO Consulting Pvt. Ltd., and ANB Consulting Co. Pvt Ltd. At VFS Global, Mitesh served as Deputy General Manager and Senior Manager, where they were responsible for internal audit planning, conducting audits, designing audit tools, and handling audits in international locations. At Aegis Limited, they worked as the Manager of Internal Audit and Assurance, Interim Global Internal Audit Head, and Assistant Manager of Assurance and Cost Controls, focusing on risk assessment, compliance, and process improvement. In their role at Serco BPO Private Limited, they served as Manager of Corporate Finance and handled financial planning, strategic planning, and consolidation of corporate accounts. Mitesh also worked as a Consultant at BDO Consulting Pvt. Ltd. and an Associate Auditor at ANB Consulting Co. Pvt Ltd, undertaking various audit and advisory roles.

Mitesh Surana completed their education from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 2004 to 2011, earning a degree in Chartered Accountancy with a focus on Accounting and Finance. CA Mitesh also studied at The Institute of Company Secretaries of India from 2007 to 2009, obtaining a degree in Company Secretary with a specialization in Legal and Secretarial.
