Arria Lakha

Arria Lakha is an experienced educational strategist and leader with a strong background in the edtech and educational sectors. Currently serving as Director of Crimson Capstone at Crimson Education since August 2021, Lakha utilizes technology and a global network to provide tailored guidance for students. Prior to this role, Lakha established the first Diversity Office at The African Leadership University, focusing on enhancing campus climate and setting strategic objectives. As a co-founder of The Next Step, Lakha designed personalized education services for students across Africa. Previous positions include working at The Aga Khan Academies in university counseling, as a program coordinator and debate coach with the Rhode Island Urban Debate League, and as an associate at the U.S. Department of Education. A graduate of Brown University with a B.A. in International Relations and Education Studies, Lakha has demonstrated a commitment to fostering leadership and enhancing educational experiences.
