Melinda Markfelder

Melinda Markfelder, MS.Ed, is an experienced instructional designer with a diverse background in education and training. Currently serving as an Instructional Designer at Crimson Phoenix since May 2024, Melinda previously held roles as a Senior Instructional Designer at DarkStar Intelligence and as an Instructional Designer at BlueForce Inc. and Aver CG. Melinda’s expertise includes developing curriculum, facilitating training, creating multimedia content, and conducting front-end analyses to tailor learning solutions. With a Master's degree in Education from Shenandoah University and a Graduate Certificate in Online Instructional Design from Florida State University, Melinda has contributed to various organizations, improving educational outcomes and developing comprehensive training programs.
