Maddie T.

Maddie T. began their career at Vodafone UK as a Store Manager from March 2012 to March 2015. Maddie then worked at Blue Pelican as an Office & HR Manager from April 2015 to April 2018. Following that, they joined Childrensalon as a People (HR) Advisor from April 2018 to July 2022. Currently, Maddie holds the position of Group HR Manager at mpro5 since July 2022 and soon will assume the role of Head of People & Culture starting in June 2023.

Maddie T. attended Highworth Grammar School for Girls before pursuing a Foundation degree in Dance Performance at Falmouth University from 2009 to 2011. Maddie then continued their education in Human Resource Management, completing Level 3, Level 5, and Level 7 Diplomas from CIPD Qualifications between 2017 and 2024. Additionally, Maddie obtained a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Alison - Free Online Learning.
