Alex Pennock

Alex Pennock is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Director of End User Services at Crinetics Pharmaceuticals since May 2025. Previously, Alex held the position of Associate Director of End User Experience at Mirati Therapeutics from July 2022 to May 2025, where leadership of a 24/7 IT Service Desk team supported over 1,000 users and management of ServiceNow enhanced workflows and automation.
