Zach Stein has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as Head of Customer Service and Customer Caddy for Criquet Shirts since May 2019. In addition to work at Criquet, Zach operates as a freelance model since October 2015, featuring in various publications and websites. Zach has been the Coffee Manager/Barista at Mellow Johnny's Bike Shop since August 2015, where responsibilities include coffee purchasing, training staff, managing social media, and providing excellent customer service. Previously, Zach held positions as Sales Manager at Tops Kitchens and Baths and Design Specialist at Cosentino, where project management and staff training were key roles. Zach earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing from East Tennessee State University in 2012.
