Arturo Eggler is a Customer Success Manager at Crisalix. Arturo has over two years of experience in GMG Canarias, where they helped small to medium businesses improve their effectiveness and profitability through agile and tech tools. Arturo's passion lies in enabling digital transformation and rationalization of resources to improve business processes.

In their current role, Arturo is responsible for renewals and upsell forecasts, tracking leading indicators of renewals and upsell, and coordinating cross-functional processes that help meet renewal and upsell targets and deliver on customers’ needs. Arturo is also responsible for detecting early signals of at-risk renewals and providing feedback to Sales on the readiness of our customers.
