Soni's career spans multiple prominent organizations, including roles as Senior VP & Head HR at H & R Johnson (India), Head HR Retail and Corporate at Titan Company Limited, General Manager at Schneider Electric, HR Business Leader at Glaxo Smith Kline Pharmaceuticals, and HR Business Partner at Hindalco Industries.
