Liisa Kuuna is an experienced project officer currently working at CMI — Martti Ahtisaari Peace Foundation since June 2019, specializing in Eurasia and Asia. Prior experience includes roles as an assistant and junior advisor at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland, focusing on relations with the European Parliament and public diplomacy. Liisa's educational background includes a Master's degree in Religion in Peace and Conflict from Uppsala University and a Master's degree in Social Sciences with concentrations in Political Science, East Asian Studies, and Media Studies from the University of Turku. Additionally, Liisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Turku and has studied at Fudan University and Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III.
