Lyndon Allin

Lyndon Allin currently serves as Group Investigations Counsel and Head of Investigations at VEON, a role assumed in March 2021, following previous positions as Acting Head of Investigations and Group Investigations Counsel within the same organization. Prior experience includes a Senior Associate role at Baker McKenzie, where significant work involved managing internal FCPA investigations and anti-corruption compliance for multinational firms. Additional experience includes a Senior Adviser position at CMI, where Lyndon managed private diplomacy programs, and a Senior Political Officer role at the OSCE Mission to Moldova, focusing on high-level negotiations. Nurtured a solid legal foundation through various associate positions, including at Akin Gump and Skadden, with a focus on M&A, capital markets, and compliance.
