Liz Soellner

Master Volunteer at Crisis Nursery

Liz Soellner is currently an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the School of Molecular and Cellular Biology at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign since January 2022. Additional roles include serving as a Master Volunteer and Volunteer at Crisis Nursery since October 2021, and founding and presiding over the Rural Area Student Initiative from December 2021 to January 2024. Liz Soellner also contributed as a member of the Board of Governors at YMCA of the University of Illinois from February 2023 to October 2023. Earlier experiences encompass working as an Administrative Assistant at Randolph County Housing Authority and as a Server at St. Nicholas Landmark and Jodie's Ole Farmhouse. Tutoring in Algebra was offered as a self-employed tutor from September 2017 to May 2018. Liz Soellner is pursuing a Neuroscience and Sociology degree at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, expected to graduate in December 2024, following graduation from Chester High School in 2019.
