Dorie Hanson, LMHC, CCTP, currently serves as an Acute Care Therapist at Baptist Health, where responsibilities include providing crisis stabilization, ongoing individual therapy, and conducting intake assessments for patients. In addition to this role, Dorie works as a Mental Health Evaluator in both Adult and Pediatric Emergency Departments, assessing the level of care needed for patients. Dorie is also a CPI-Certified Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Advanced Physical Skills Instructor, facilitating training for Baptist Health staff on verbal de-escalation techniques.
