Melissa Slimming

Melissa Slimming is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in special education and behavior support. Currently serving as the Director and Behaviour Support Practitioner at 2include since October 2021, Melissa develops positive behavior support plans for NDIS participants, emphasizing the creation of strong client relationships. Previously, Melissa held roles as Lead Instructor at the Crisis Prevention Institute and Special Education Teacher at both Autism Spectrum Australia and Giant Steps Australia, focusing on teaching students with Autism. Melissa's background also includes positions at the NSW Department of Education and Communities, Wenona School, St John Bosco, and Koala Childcare Centre. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Special Education and Bachelor of Disability Studies from the University of New England along with specialized training in Applied Behavior Analysis.
