Pamela Mass

Pamela Mass is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in underwriting and education. Currently serving as a Senior Underwriter at Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies since October 2019, Pamela specializes in wholesale property and has previously held roles as an Underwriter and Underwriting Specialist. In addition, Pamela contributes as a Volunteer Crisis Counselor for Crisis Text Line since January 2019. From August 1994 to August 2018, Pamela worked as a Secondary Teacher of French and English Language Arts in Council Bluffs Community Schools, where responsibilities included managing diverse courses, leading language curriculum development, and supporting at-risk students. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Bellevue University and a Bachelor's degree in French with an English minor from Coe College.
