Wim Kloos has over a decade of work experience, starting in 2009 as a student at Stenden University. Wim then worked as a part-time waiter at Grand Cafe Dikke Van Dale from 2010 to 2012. In 2011, they participated in the Next Generation Conference organized by GL Events/World Forum.

In 2012, Wim completed an internship as an Assistant Operational F&B Manager Trainee at Aruba Wine and Dine, where they were responsible for catering, cost control, and quality management. During this time, they handled catering assignments for high-profile events such as concerts and festivals.

From 2013 to 2015, Wim worked at Stadskasteel Oudaen, starting as a Front Office/Supervisor and later becoming an operational F&B manager. Wim excelled in sales, reservations, and duty management.

In 2015, Wim took on the role of Duty & Logistic Manager at the Netherlands Pavilion for the World Expo Milan. Wim managed daily operations, including logistics, purchasing, and account management, and supervised a large team. Wim quickly progressed to become the Logistic Manager for the entire pavilion.

From 2015 to 2016, Wim worked as a Junior Project Manager at DVP Europe Eventmarketing, where they created and executed concepts for events and projects in the Netherlands, China, and Germany.

In 2020, Wim became a Team Leader at Crisp, a supermarket app, where they ensured the delivery of fresh and high-quality products by directly collaborating with suppliers and managing a team.

Wim currently holds two positions at Crisp. As a Hub Roll Out Manager since 2021, they are responsible for expanding the company's delivery operations by opening new logistic venues in the Netherlands. Additionally, as an Expansion Manager since 2022, they manage existing locations, maintains relationships with landlords, and searches for new locations.

Furthermore, Wim has been working as a freelance Event Project Manager since 2015, primarily for event agencies, overseeing the preparation and production of corporate events.

Overall, Wim Kloos has gained extensive experience in various roles within the hospitality, events, and logistics industries, demonstrating their expertise in operations management, project coordination, and team leadership.

Wim Kloos has a diverse education history. Wim began their studies in 2002 at ST.- Canisius, where they pursued a Higher General Secondary Education - HAVO. After completing this program in 2007, they moved on to ROC Rijn IJssel MBO to study Hospitality Administration/Management, graduating in 2009 with a degree in Secondary Vocational education.

In 2009, Wim enrolled at Stenden and focused on Social Media for their Bachelor's degree. Wim successfully completed their studies in 2013. Following this, they pursued further education in Marketing at ICM Opleidingen from 2013 to 2014 and obtained a Nima - B degree.

Expanding their skillset, in 2016, Wim completed an Instructor course at Kitesafe.nl, specializing in Kitesurfing. This brief program enhanced their knowledge and expertise in this field.
