Erin Pearson

Erin Pearson, MSM, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Legal Operations and Contracts at CRISPR Therapeutics since September 2023. Prior to this role, Erin spent nearly a decade at SOTIO Biotech Inc. as a Paralegal, overseeing various functions in both paralegal and human resources, while also assisting with corporate governance. Earlier experience includes working as a Contracts Paralegal at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, where Erin managed third-party contracts, and as a Legal Coordinator at Citi. Educational credentials include a Master's of Science in Management from Eastern Nazarene College, a Paralegal Certificate from Boston University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from UMass Boston.
