Huijun Yuan

Huijun (Jane) Yuan is a seasoned professional in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical fields, currently serving as a Senior Research Associate at CRISPR Therapeutics since February 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Scientist and Associate Scientist in Analytical Development at Alkermes, where analytical methods for therapeutic proteins and small molecules were developed and optimized. Huijun also worked as a Research Scientist at Brandeis University, focusing on patent management and the development of diagnostic assays. Earlier career experiences include quality control positions at the China FDA and Yunnan Xitao Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., emphasizing drug property analysis and microbial assays. Huijun holds a Master of Science degree in Biotechnology from Brandeis University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering from Central South University.
