Joe Parkes

Joe Parkes has a diverse work experience that includes serving as Provincial Assistant for Pre-Secondary & Secondary Education at East Coast Jesuits since 2019. In addition, they have been a Member of the Board of Directors at Cristo Rey Network since 2010. Joe Parkes also held the position of President at Cristo Rey New York High School from 2004 to 2016. Joe has also been a member of various boards, including Georgetown University and St. Ann's School. Joe Parkes was the Chairman of the New York City Campaign Finance Board from 2007 to 2013. Furthermore, they served as President at Fordham Prep from 1996 to 2004 and as Provincial at NY Province, Society of Jesus from 1990 to 1996.

Joe Parkes attended St. Peter's Preparatory School from 1958 to 1962. Joe then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History & Philosophy from Fordham University from 1964 to 1968. Following that, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in History at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1968 to 1969.
