Barbara Nietzer

Barbara Nietzer serves as the Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Criteo, overseeing global legal commercial and product matters since October 2015. With extensive experience in IP/IT law, privacy, and commercial law, Barbara has led various initiatives, including due diligence processes for mergers, AI projects, and global training. Prior to Criteo, Barbara held positions at NetApp, Rowohlt Verlag GmbH, and Bonnier Media Deutschland GmbH, contributing expertise in competition law, data protection, and corporate law. Barbara's educational background includes multiple legal degrees, culminating in qualifications as both an IT lawyer and a commercial mediator.
