Rachel's extensive experience in human resources spans multiple sectors and geographical regions, with a strong focus on organizational development, talent management, and employee engagement. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, an MBA from the University of Wales, and a Bachelor of Business from Queensland University of Technology, complemented by specialized programs at the University of Oxford and Cornell University.
