María Flavia Fernández

Mariana Aguirre is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in the fields of nutrition, business management, and education. Currently serving as the Proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, working as a Nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and serving as a university lecturer in applied mathematics to nutrition and history of food at a vocational training institution from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
