Martin Stoyanov's work experience begins in 2008 as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager for Holland America Line and Princess Cruises Alaska and the Yukon. In 2012, they worked as a Personal Banker for Corporate Commercial Bank AD before transitioning to the hospitality industry. From 2013 to 2019, Martin held various roles at Synergy Hospitality, including Housekeeping Supervisor, Director of Housekeeping, Assistant General Manager, and General Manager. Martin was responsible for managing departments, implementing labor tracking tools, and ensuring guest satisfaction. In 2019, Martin joined Driftwood Hospitality Management as the General Manager, overseeing operations and a complete interior renovation. In 2020, they became the Director of Rooms at Westin Wilmington. Currently, Martin is the Accounting Manager at Hersha Hospitality Management.

Martin Stoyanov obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from the University of National and World Economy, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Martin further pursued their education at the same university and earned a Master's degree in International Economic Relations from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Stoyanov has obtained several certifications, including "Disney's Approach to Quality Service" from the Disney Institute in November 2019, "Advanced Competitive Strategy" from Coursera in September 2014, "New Models of Business in Society" from Coursera in October 2013, and "Competitive Strategy" from Coursera in August 2013.
