Heidi Tauer

Heidi Tauer is an experienced administrative professional with a diverse background in office management and support roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Program Secretary at Criterion Child Enrichment, Inc. since January 2021, Heidi has also held positions as an Administrative Assistant in the Billing Department at Berkshire Facial Surgery since May 2016 and as a Word Processor at Avista Pharma Solutions from January 2013 to May 2016. Prior experience includes roles as Office Manager at both the Congregation Church of South Hadley Falls and Faith United Methodist Church. Heidi holds an Associate's degree in Management from Holyoke Community College, where studies took place between 1984 and 1987.
