Lakshmi Narayan Sharma is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in offshore field engineering, currently serving as Co-Owner at The Family Business Institute since February 2016. Previously, Lakshmi held positions such as Senior Offshore Field Engineer at AMEC and Field Engineer at Momentum Engineering, where responsibilities included installation and pre-commissioning of subsea pipelines in Turkmenistan. Prior roles at Leighton Offshore, Valentine Maritime Gulf, and TL Offshore involved overseeing technical project execution and ensuring compliance with specifications across various significant pipelines projects.
