Janira Carter has over 17 years of experience in operations and inventory planning. Janira started their career in 2002 as a Project Manager/Sales Assistant in Order Management & Fulfillment at Menasha Corporation. In 2005, they joined Sony Pictures Home Entertainment as an Operations Manager in Purchasing, Production, & Inventory Management. During their time there, they led a team to purchase $50M of supplies and to oversee the manufacturing and distribution of new DVD releases to retailers. In 2013, they joined The Walt Disney Company, ABC.Inc. as a Senior Business Analyst in S&OP and MRM. There, they improved the marketing effectiveness of 4 groups and designed and developed a new Materials Resource Management tool as a member of an IT team. In 2016, they joined Open To Industry as a Target Positions: Sr. Manager/Director in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, and S&OP. Finally, in 2019, they joined The Criterion Collection as an Operations and Inventory Planning.
