Derek Chan

Derek Chan has a diverse work experience in software development and testing. Derek started as a Software Engineer Intern at Northrop Grumman, where they improved web applications and extracted data from databases. Derek then worked as a Software Engineer at Northrop Grumman Corporation, focusing on vehicle and payload control software design. At General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, they developed Blue Force Tracking services and payload capabilities for Tactical Situational Display software. Currently, Derek is the Software Integration & Test Lead at Criterion Systems, where they have led successful software releases and automated testing operations.

Derek Chan graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from California State University San Marcos. Derek also received a certification in Try SQL from Code School.
