Nick McCormick

Director of Sales - NorCal / PNW at Critical Mass Group

Nick McCormick has a diverse work experience in sales and conservation. Nick is currently working as the Director of Sales for Critical Mass Group, where they lead teams in NorCal and PacNW to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for food and beverage brands. Prior to this, Nick held the position of Sr. Regional Sales Manager at Critical Mass Group.

Before joining Critical Mass Group, Nick worked at REBBL Inc. as a Market Manager PNW. In this role, they were responsible for driving sales across various channels and managing key accounts such as Kroger, PCC, and New Seasons. Nick successfully opened divisions for Albertsons Safeway and Fred Meyer, experiencing significant sales growth.

Nick also gained experience as a Regional Sales Manager at Runa, where they developed sales strategies and managed key accounts like Wegmans and Hannafords. Nick also handled DSD network management.

Additionally, Nick has experience in conservation with roles at The Nature Conservancy and World Steward. At The Nature Conservancy, they worked as a Conversation Practitioner, engaging in activities such as meadow restoration for the Oregon silverspot butterfly and invasive species control. At World Steward, Nick served as a Forest and Farm Steward, taking on responsibilities such as fuel reduction, oak enhancement, and invasive species management. Nick also played a role in volunteer coordination and conservation practices.

Nick McCormick completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Environmental Science from the University of Portland from 2005 to 2009.
