Amal Ali has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They started their career as an Associate Art Director intern at BHIVE Social Media Labs in 2012. After that, they worked as a Public Relations Associate intern at ROI Relations. In 2013, they became a Jr. Copywriter & Designer at Sporting Life. They then joined International Financial Data Services Canada (IFDS) as an Account Coordinator in 2015, where they stayed until 2017. In 2018, Amal worked as a Marketing & Inside Sales Coordinator (Contract) at Jovan Security Distributors for a few months. They also worked as a Website Coordinator and Digital Operations & Reporting Team Lead at 411.ca during the same period. In 2020, Amal became a Reporting Analyst at AcuityAds Inc., and in 2022, they joined Critical Mass as a Marketing Science Senior Analyst.

Amal Ali attended OCAD University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Design degree with a focus on Advertising. Additionally, in October 2018, they obtained two certifications from Google: the Google Ads Display Certification and the Google Ads Search Certification.
