Andrea Benavides

Andrea Benavides is a Senior Digital Project Manager at Critical Mass. Andrea previously worked as a Project Manager at Grupo Babel IT Services & Solutions and @r-Tech. Andrea's extensive experience includes roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and BNCR as a Project Manager, Test Manager, Technology Consultant II, and Network Engineer. Andrea holds a Bachelor's degree in Networking and Computers from Universidad de Costa Rica and a Master's Degree in Information Technology Project Management from Universidad Nacional. Andrea also proposed the BNCR network automation project based on the ITIL standard for their degree project at UCR.
