Andres Sanchez Solano

Andres Sanchez Solano has a strong background in project management and information technology. Andres most recently worked as a Senior Project Manager at Critical Mass, starting in March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an IT Project Manager at Fiserv from March 2019 to March 2022, where they were responsible for managing online banking platform upgrades. Before that, they were a Technical Project Manager at Intertec International from June 2017 to October 2018, overseeing patching activities for applications with Middleware components in the banking sector. From July 2015 to June 2017, Sanchez Solano was an Account Lead at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, managing service delivery for two public sector accounts in Ontario, Canada. Andres started their career as a Senior Analyst at Bank of America, providing technical support for proprietary business lending management web-based applications from May 2012 to September 2014. Sanchez Solano also worked at HP, where they served as Global Account Administration Level 2 from September 2010 to May 2012 and as a Technical Associate from May 2006 to August 2010, specializing in password resets, applications support, and Windows support.

Andres Sanchez Solano began their education at Universidad Fidélitas, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from 2003 to 2009. In 2014, they attended iGovernance Academy Ltda and obtained a Foundation degree in ITIL. Furthermore, in the same year, they also acquired an Intermediate Degree in ITIL - Operation Support and Analysis from the same institution.

In addition to their formal education, Andres Sanchez Solano has obtained several certifications. In 2014, they achieved the ITIL Intermediate Certificate in Operational Support and Analysis from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Additionally, in 2014, they obtained the ITIL Foundation certification from the same institution. In 2018, they became a Certified Professional Scrum Master through Scrum.org, and they also obtained the Scrum Fundamentals Certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile. Most recently, in 2020, they acquired the Cloud Fundamentals certification from Fiserv. Furthermore, they have also been certified in Cyber Security by (ISC)² in May 2023.
