Angelica Mejia has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Angelica currently works as a Project Coordinator at Critical Mass. Previously, they worked as a Media Planner at Mediasmith and Kepler, where they also held the role of Senior Client Solutions Analyst. Before that, they gained experience as a Media Planner and Assistant Media Planner at DWA. Angelica has also held positions as a Marketing Intern at The Fung Fellowship for Wellness & Technology Innovations, Peer Adviser at UC Berkeley Career Center, and Online Community Manager at Washos. Additionally, they founded Purseverance, a charity that sourced donations and provided purses and products to W.O.M. Angelica has also interned at Building Opportunities for Self-Sufficiency (BOSS) and StyleLikeU as a Social Enterprise Intern and Social Media Intern, respectively.

Angelica Mejia attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2014 to 2017, where they studied Communication and Media Studies. Angelica also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Media Studies from the same university during those years. In 2017, they briefly studied Psychology and Social Issues as well as Corporate Finance at the University of Sussex. In terms of additional certifications, Angelica obtained the Google Ad Search Certification from Google in March 2020 and the Bloomberg Market Concepts (BMC) certification from the Bloomberg Institute, BAT Campus Ambassadors in July 2017.
