Arion Lapuz

Arion Lapuz has a comprehensive work experience in the creative industry. Arion is currently employed as a Senior Art Director at Critical Mass since April 2022. Before that, they worked at Decoded Advertising as an ACD/Art Director from July 2021 to November 2021, and at Wunderman Thompson as an ACD/Art Director from February 2021 to April 2021.

Prior to these roles, Arion held multiple positions at Lowe Campbell Ewald. Arion served as an Associate Creative Director from April 2019 to June 2020, a Senior Art Director from August 2016 to April 2019, and an Art Director from September 2014 to August 2016. Arion had a brief stint at TBWA\Media Arts Lab as a Designer in August 2014.

Arion started their career at Dailey & Associates as an Interactive Production Artist from June 2011 to August 2014.
