Caroline Mercier has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Additionally, they gained experience as a Sports Editor at Brunswickan Publishing Inc. from April 2017 to April 2018. Caroline also worked as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Arts, University of New Brunswick in September 2017. Caroline served as a Hall Proctor at University of New Brunswick Residence Life from September 2015 to May 2017. Caroline Mercier obtained their Dogwood Diploma from Lord Byng Secondary School between 2009 and 2014. Caroline then pursued their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Gender and Women's Studies at the University of New Brunswick from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, in June 2017, they obtained certification in NLS (National Lifeguard Service) from Lifesaving Society Canada.
