Florentin Hortopan

Florentin Hortopan is an experienced design professional with a Master's degree in Industrial and Communication Design from ISIA Design Firenze. Currently serving as Associate Director of UX at Critical Mass since August 2021, Florentin manages a team focusing on the design system for Airbnb, encompassing tooling, core patterns, and UX evolution. Previously, roles included Sr. Product Designer - Design System Manager at Gap Inc., where Florentin led the development of a new design system, and Senior UX Designer at GoPro, responsible for creating an innovative e-commerce experience. Florentin's extensive background includes leadership positions at various companies, contributing significantly to user experience and product design across multiple industries.
