Jackie Romano has a diverse work experience starting with their current role as an Associate Content Strategist at Critical Mass. Prior to that, they worked as a Sales Associate at Old Navy from November 2020 to August 2021. Jackie Romano completed their undergraduate education at St. John's University from 2016 to 2020, earning a degree in English with a focus on Graphic Design. In 2020, they also pursued a program in Developmental Editing: Fiction Theory, and obtained a certification in User Experience through Udacity's User Experience Nanodegree program. In 2021, Jackie attended the Comprehensive Copywriting Academy to further enhance their skills in copywriting.
