Jeremy Franklin is currently the VP of Strategy at Critical Mass, where Jeremy leads an international team working on improving Nissan & INFINITI's current CX and future development. Previously, Jeremy held various strategy roles at VMLY&R, working closely with Ford to enhance customer experiences and develop new business models. Jeremy also has experience in strategic planning at Torre Lazur McCann and McCann Worldgroup, focusing on brand positioning and communication strategies. Jeremy holds a BA in Advertising from the University of Oklahoma.
