Jhoseline Salazar Orozco

Jhoseline Salazar Orozco has a diverse work experience in the field of software quality assurance. Jhoseline started their career as an Associate Q.A Engineer at L.L.Bean, where they supported testing, created data for testing, and managed issues. Jhoseline then moved on to become a QA Engineer, where they prepared and delivered quality management reports and took leadership on quality assurance for complex software projects. Later, they served as a Release Coordinator and Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer, where they supported project planning and execution, coordinated interactions between business experts and technical counterparts, and continuously improved processes related to projects and quality assurance coordination. Jhoseline also worked as a Software Quality Assurance Team Lead at Critical Mass, where they managed the workload for QA team members, led the team to deliver results aligned with schedule and quality, and broke down project goals for the team. Prior to their work at L.L.Bean, they were a Programmer at INSE, where they automated accounting reports and developed financial software. Throughout their career, Jhoseline has consistently displayed strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

From 2017 to 2019, Jhoseline Salazar Orozco attended INCAE Business School, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree with a field of study in Finanzas, general.

In 2016, they also attended INCAE Business School for a Seminar in Gerencia con Liderazgo.

Furthermore, from 2013 to 2015, Jhoseline Salazar Orozco studied at Universidad Nacional, where they earned a Master's Degree in IT Management with a specialization in Project Management.

Their undergraduate education took place from 2005 to 2010 at Tecnológico de Costa Rica, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering.
