Justin Lee

Justin Lee has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Justin most recently worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Critical Mass, a digital experience design agency. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Administrator at Aecon Group Inc. and as a Human Resources Assistant at Ledcor. Justin also has experience as a Human Resources Coordinator at Best Buy Canada. Justin's roles have involved various responsibilities such as employee administration and support, as well as coordinating HR activities.

Justin Lee attended Vancouver Island University from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management. In terms of additional certifications, they completed the "Basic Workplace Investigations Training" course at Rubin Thomlinson LLP in July 2023. Justin also became a CPHR (Chartered Professional in Human Resources) Candidate through CPHR BC & Yukon in December 2020. Furthermore, they acquired various certifications from LinkedIn, including "Developing Investment Acumen," "Understanding Capital Markets," "Behavioral Finance Foundations," "Developing a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Program," "Humble Leadership: The Power of Relationships, Openness, and Trust," "Building Resilience," "Communication Foundations," "Customer Service Foundations," "Effective Listening," "Phone-Based Customer Service," and "Working with Upset Customers." Lastly, they completed the "McGill Personal Finance Essentials" course at the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University in April 2020.
