Lauren Bozko

Lauren Bozko has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lauren is currently working at Critical Mass as a Talent Acquisition Associate Director since May 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at the same company from February 2022 to May 2023.

Before entering the staffing and recruitment industry, Lauren worked as an Office Manager at a Chiropractic Office from June 2014 to November 2015. Lauren managed various office operations, including finances, scheduling, payroll, staff training, and marketing.

Lauren's career began at Michael Kors, where they worked as a Manager from April 2009 to June 2014.

Lauren Bozko attended North Central Texas College from 2007 to 2009, where they studied Business Administration and Management, specifically in the field of General Business. They received a certification as a Certified Diversity Sourcing Professional (CDSP) in December 2022 from Sourcing Training & Certifications by Brain Gain Recruiting.
