Lucy Cross

Lucy Cross is currently serving as the Director of Marketing & Communications at Critical Mass and also holds a role as the External Communications Lead for the DE&I Board. Prior to their current position, Lucy worked at VMLY&R as a Senior Manager for North America PR & Communications. Lucy also has experience at Powell Communications as an Associate Account Director and at rAVe Publications as a Reporter. Lucy previously held a position as a Graphic Designer at UNC Athletics. In 2012, Lucy completed the International Sports Leadership Training program as a Leadership Fellow at Impact South Africa. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with a focus on Public Relations and English.
