Naveen Aggarwal

Naveen Aggarwal has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Naveen is currently serving as the Vice President of Technology at Critical Mass, starting in April 2022. Before this role, they held the position of VP of Digital Innovation / VP of Engineering at Leo Burnett for nearly eight years, from December 2013 to January 2022. While in Leo Burnett, they were responsible for leading digital strategic change for a highly regulated CPG marquee client, collaborating with key clients and government regulators.

Prior to Leo Burnett, Naveen worked as an Independent Contractor from March 2010 to December 2013. During this time, they worked with various organizations such as Apollo Global, Arc World Wide, Publication International, Delta Dental of Illinois, and Coactive Development. Naveen'srole involved building new capabilities and systems, working as a subject matter expert for integrating new systems into existing infrastructure.

In 2012, Naveen co-founded rfpHunter and held the position of a Co-Founder until June 2013. Before that, they worked as a Practice Lead / Architect Consulting at Technology Services Group from September 2005 to March 2010.
